Rodeo Time Rope KIDS

I did not receive the hoodie I ordered. I wasn’t told that upfront, I found out when it wasn’t in the box with my other item. When I asked about it, I was told it was out of stock. Why was I able to order something that was out of stock? I was also told it would ship on the 5th. I don’t have tracking information to verify that. I have asked and have not gotten a response.

The shirt itself is nice and the kid who received it loved it. The problem I have is the sizing. The kid I originally bought it for was a child on the angel tree who normally wears a size medium. The shirt was too small for him and he always wears a medium. I might have missed a size chart somewhere, but I looked and didn’t find one so I went with his normal size and that was a mistake. The only thing he asked for were Dale Brisby shirts and I didn’t pull through for that.

The shirt I ordered came so quickly. I also reached out about when a certain shirt would be back in stock. I received an answer in less than 24hrs. Great experience overall!
