The Pecos Denim Jacket
$ 105.00
Charles Goodnight called the Pecos River the "graveyard of the cowman's hopes." He was talking about Horsehead Crossing—a skull-lined ford at the end of an 80-mile dry drive that broke wills, swallowed gear, and filtered out the weak.
But the name Pecos is more than a graveyard. It’s the water that christened the tall tale himself, Pecos Bill. It’s the Texas town that held the world's first rodeo. It is the intersection of brutal reality and cowboy myth. This jacket pays homage to the perils and legend associated with the name “Pecos.”
