Still have not received my order, very disappointed in Shop shipping status updates. Paid for 4 day shipping, would really like a credit back for that. We love Dale & all his stuff, but wasn't expecting my son's birthday gift to take this long to get here. I very much appreciate your customer service folks getting back to me in a timely manner regarding my questions though.
